Not another AI conference
Atlanta, spring 2027. Most AI conferences are about the technology. This one is about you: the operations director, the HR lead, the program manager, the clinic administrator, the assistant principal, the analyst who has been asked to make AI useful and has been given a login and a link.
Two days. A certification day for people who want a credential in AI-assisted process improvement, and a summit day built around working sessions, peer tables by role, and a clinic where you build something you'll use the following week. Every session ends with something in hand.

Two days, one room
Day one: certification
A full day, hands-on, taught by Edwine Michel. You bring one real process from your own work. Over the day you learn to see it clearly, find the waste in it, measure it, decide where AI belongs and where a person has to stay, and build one AI-assisted step yourself. You take an assessment at the end and leave with a certificate in AI-assisted process improvement.
Best for: operations, HR, and program leaders who want a credential and a fixed process
Format: one day, classroom style, seats are limited
Day two: the summit
An opening from the founders, then three sessions in sequence so nobody has to choose: AI basics for people who've been faking it; AI and your actual work, built live on an attendee's real process; and mind, body, and AI with Joseph Terry, on what stays human. Lunch is at tables organized by role. The afternoon is a builders' clinic. The closing panel ends with one question: what will you do on Monday?
Best for: anyone an organization is counting on to make AI work
Format: one day, working sessions, no vendor hall
Bringing a team, or sponsoring
Health systems, districts, universities, and nonprofits can send a group at a team rate, and a group of ten is often the cheapest professional development a department buys all year. Sponsors get a table, a mention from the stage, and the option to fund seats for people who couldn't otherwise come. If you want a custom program before or after the summit, we do that too.
