For the professional nobody is training

The questions we hear most

Institutions get cohorts. Most people get a login and a prompt tutorial. If you're mid-career and watching your job change under you, or early in your career and trying to pick a direction that will still exist, this is the door for you.

How do I stay useful when the routine part of my job gets automated? How do I decide what to hand to a machine and what to keep for myself? How do I do work that means something, not only work that pays? We don't have a workbook for those. We have coaching that pairs real philosophical depth with practical AI fluency, and it works on your actual life.

Three ways to work with us, and a free way to start

Cogitatio Cohort

Eight weeks, six to eight people, one certified coach. Guided inquiry, real dialogue, AI-supported exercises between sessions, and a small group of peers to think out loud with. Built for people in transition: a career pivot, a role that's disappearing, a decision that won't resolve on its own.

Format: weekly live sessions, six to eight people per cohort
Investment: $1,200

One-to-one coaching

Twelve weeks with a coach to get clear on what you're for, decide what to delegate and what to keep, and build the habits that move you. Weekly sessions, plus an AI toolkit that keeps you honest between them.

Format: weekly one-to-one sessions
Investment: $4,500 for the program; single sessions from $225

Philosophical counseling

Not therapy. Guided inquiry with Joseph Terry, a certified philosophical counselor, into the questions underneath the career question: identity, freedom, work, meaning. Tools from Aristotle, Epictetus, Simone Weil, and others, applied to your situation rather than a syllabus.

Format: individual sessions or packages
Investment: from $225 a session
