AI training your organization can trust, measure, and afford
What you get that a vendor demo can't give you
Every program we run works on your material: your policies, your intake process, your reporting, your clients or students. Nothing is canned. And every program ends with measurement, because you will have to defend the spend, and "people liked it" isn't a defense.
We're also independent. We don't sell software, so we have no reason to push a tool. When the honest answer is "a person should keep doing this," we say so.
Who this is for
Operations and HR leaders in healthcare systems, school districts and universities, and nonprofits, who need a plan the board will fund and staff will follow.
Executive teams and boards deciding what to delegate, what to govern, and how they'll know it worked.
Teams and individual contributors who have been handed the tools and no method. We train the people doing the work, not only the people managing it.
Four ways to work with us
They build on each other. Most organizations start with the diagnostic or a single workday rebuild, then decide whether a cohort makes sense.
AI Readiness Diagnostic
A structured look at where your organization actually is: interviews with the people doing the work, a review of your policies and workflows, a scored report, and a briefing for your leadership team with a prioritized roadmap.
You leave with: a baseline score, a leadership team that agrees on what to do first, and a next step you can fund.
Format: two to three weeks, mostly remote, one briefing on site or by video
Investment: $1,500 to $3,500
AI Workday Rebuild
Half a day with one team and one real workflow. We map it end to end, find the steps AI can take off your plate, keep the steps a person needs to own, and document the redesigned process so your team owns it after we leave.
You leave with: hours saved per cycle, less rework, and a process still in use thirty days later. We check.
Format: half day, on site or virtual
Investment: $1,500 to $3,500
Executive Seminar
Two to three hours for a cabinet, a board, or a leadership team. We work through what to delegate to AI and what to govern, using live examples from your own organization rather than case studies from somewhere else.
You leave with: a governance framework your team adopted in the room and a written record of the decisions you made.
Format: leadership teams and boards, on site or virtual
Investment: $2,500 to $5,000
Readiness Cohort
The full program, for a group of staff over four to eight weeks. Hands-on AI practice, the judgment curriculum, two or three workflow rebuilds, an assessment before and after, and a readout for your leadership at the end.
You leave with: measured capability gains, redesigned workflows in daily use, and the policy documents your organization needed anyway.
Format: cohorts of roughly 15 to 40, four to eight weeks
Investment: $12,000 to $45,000, depending on size and length
Ongoing advisory
For leaders who want a standing partner through the whole adoption, from the first policy draft to the board readout.
Format: monthly retainer
Investment: from $1,000 a month
What it looks like in practice
In a hospital's administrative offices, it's a map of prior authorization with AI removing the waste and people keeping the judgment calls. In a district cabinet session, nobody talks about which chatbot to license; the conversation is about which decisions staff must always own and how the district will know whether any of it helped. In a nonprofit leadership retreat, the day ends with a governance framework and three rebuilt workflows, not a slide deck.
Why the price is what it is
We run our firm on the AI-native methods we teach, so we don't carry the overhead a traditional provider does, and we pass that through. Our programs run 30 to 50 percent below comparable providers and are led by principals, not junior staff. That isn't a discount. It's the product doing what we say it does.
We've done this inside institutions before
Our co-founder Edwine Michel built Lean Six Sigma programs inside two large public school districts and certified their staff at the green and yellow belt levels. The same discipline runs through every Schola Sophia engagement: map the real process, measure it, improve it, keep it.
