Joseph Terry, Ph.D
Dr. Joseph Terry holds a Ph.D in Philosophical Theology from the University of Nottingham. He currently teaches Philosophy at the City University of New York, the world's largest urban university system. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Terry's intellectual journey has spanned Philosophy, Theology, and Astrophysics. He is a certified Philosophical Counselor, leveraging insights from philosophy and academia to help individuals overcome personal and professional challenges. Dr. Terry has coached numerous executives, managers, and professionals, empowering them to become more thoughtful and ethical leaders. His interdisciplinary approach, bridging connections across fields, provides a holistic perspective to his coaching practice.
Edwine Michel, M.S., M.B.A
Edwine Michel brings over 15 years of leadership experience across the corporate and education sectors. He holds an MBA from Boston University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Yale, and a Master of Science in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester. Edwine is driven by a commitment to continuous learning, holding credentials including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at a K12 venture philanthropy fund and co-founded an education consulting firm, where he has advised organizations on leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. Edwine sits on the Board of The Child is Innocent, a non-profit providing high-quality education and leadership training to children in Northern Uganda. Passionate about empowering others, Edwine excels at guiding teams, driving innovation, and advocating for equity and excellence.
